Confirmation of order
Confirmation of an order will only be sent when all order details have been agreed upon with Fifteen Twelve Ltd. Once the first payment has been received, there is a binding and legal contract between you and the company. No addition or alteration to the order will be valid unless agreed in writing by us. In the event of such alteration, a surcharge may be made at the discretion of Fifteen Twelve ltd.

Fifteen Twelve ltd offer an initial free site visit and design proposal for both kitchens and interiors. Any further work required in terms of changes to your design or further site visits a commitment fee of £500.00 will need to be paid to Fifteen Twelve ltd. This is then redeemable against the total figure on your agreed order details with Fifteen Twelve Ltd.

On confirmation of the design and the commitment fee of £500.00. Further payments are made to Fifteen Twelve Ltd in 3 stages. If you delay your agreed delivery or installation, the payment will still be due, unless otherwise agreed in writing with Fifteen Twelve ltd.

Fifteen Twelve Ltd reserves the right to charge interest on overdue payments at 3% above the current UK base rate which will be calculated on a daily basis. In the event of late or non-payment and without affecting any other rights or remedies of the company, we shall be entitled to either suspend delivery of the goods and their installation without notice or charge interest until all amounts owing (including accrued interest) have been paid in full or terminate the contract by notice to you in writing.

All products supplied by Fifteen Twelve ltd, remain the property of the company until all payments have been made in full. For late or non-payments post full installation, we reserve the right to remove these products and accept no liability for damage to the property in doing so.

Fifteen Twelve Ltd take NO responsibility for contractors that you employ to complete the work on your home. We can recommend contractors to you that we have worked with in the past, however take no responsibility for the performance of their work. These contractors do not work directly for Fifteen Twelve Ltd. If it happens that you order a kitchen through Fifteen Twelve Ltd and the installation takes place 3 months after accepting the delivery. Fifteen Twelve Ltd are no longer responsible for the order of this kitchen.

Project Management
Project Management includes Fifteen Twelve Ltd being responsible for the installation of your kitchen and ensuring everything is ordered and delivered to the site in time for the work to commence. Fifteen Twelve Ltd will be at your property to accept deliveries and arrange meetings with contractors on-site to discuss the works required. If Project Management has not been previously agreed, with a quotation and documents have not been signed then Fifteen Twelve Ltd is not responsible for any of the above.

Stone worktops
These come as a recommendation through Fifteen Twelve Ltd, however, Fifteen Twelve Ltd are not liable or held responsible for the installation of any stone worktops. This is between yourself and the company supplying the product.

Variations in colour
The customer will be shown colour, timber and worktop samples. Due to the nature of some of the paints, timbers and worktops used there will be natural variations in colour and surface markings. No guarantee is given that the furniture and worktops supplied will be an exact replica in terms of colour and surface markings to those offered in the samples provided.

Fitting tolerances
Voids and fillers surrounding the installed furniture are part of the normal fitting practice and cannot be accepted as a basis for complaint.

If the agreed delivery date is extended after ordering, Fifteen Twelve Ltd is not responsible for the storage of your kitchen. Fifteen Twelve Ltd reserves the right to make a charge for the storage of your kitchen.

Please note that during the process of your dealings with Fifteen Twelve ltd and upon completion, photographs may be taken of your property/kitchen and then later used in a portfolio, published on the internet and in some cases used as editorial.

Cancellation of orders will only be accepted if Fifteen Twelve Ltd has agreed in writing and on condition that you reimburse the company all costs and expenses or losses and damages resulting from the cancellation. Any Commitment Fees or Deposits are non-refundable in any case.

Fifteen Twelve Ltd are not responsible for the guarantee of any products supplied to you, it is the clients’ responsibility to arrange all guarantees direct with the manufacturer of the product.
