How we work

Get in touch

For your free, no obligation kitchen consultation we can either visit you in your home to discuss your kitchen ideas, or do a remote consultation using plans and measurements you provide us.

After your consultation, we can create professional designs for you and give you estimated costs. It’s important to us that you get exactly what you want, so we charge a small commitment fee for the design. This cost includes unlimited alterations. Once you’re happy, we’ll put together your design package containing all the plans and the information we’ve discussed.

Wherever possible, we like to keep things local and work closely with other Bristol businesses. This helps us offer competitive prices, whilst still providing the elegance and functionality you want. Please get in touch to see what we can do within your budget.

We offer both manufactured and bespoke kitchen cabinets with no limits to the style options you can choose for your kitchen. Wherever possible we aim to source local materials and suppliers, however, we also have connections with manufacturers and suppliers abroad. This makes Fifteen Twelve the best option when choosing your kitchen.

The type of kitchen you order, will depend on the installation process. However, Fifteen Twelve are happy to project manage this for you. If you require any structural/building work this can also be arranged for you on behalf of Fifteen Twelve. Alternatively we offer supply only which would mean the installation was managed by you or your site contractors.

Kitchen suppliers will always offer a product guarantee on your kitchen cabinetry and appliances this will vary dependant on your choice of product.

Kitchen planning

Step 1

What kitchen are you dreaming of? At Fifteen Twelve there are no limits to what we can offer you. Whether it is bespoke cabinetry or something simply manufactured and off the shelf. It is important for you to decide the investment you would like to make and what results you are hoping to achieve.

Step 2

Considering the way it may function and it’s practicality. Is it a kitchen for the family, maybe one full of gadgets and sneaky storage hideaways or are you thinking of a space that’s more traditional, a family room with an Aga. Appliances and storage are key to any kitchen and therefore require the most consideration.

Step 3

How much are you wanting to invest and what is important to you? A kitchen is divided into four main categories - the cabinetry, the appliances, the worktop and the overall room aesthetics. Are you wanting new flooring? Perhaps you would like to keep the fridge you already have. All of these are important factors to the overall budget.

Step 4

Now you have a good idea of what kitchen you want and everything in it. This is the perfect time to arrange a design consultation to discuss your ideas and put the dream kitchen into a reality. We will visit you at your home to measure the desired space and ensure everything you are thinking of will work perfectly. You may be having an extension on your home and perhaps an architect has drawn you a proposed plan, we can also work from this to produce your kitchen design.

Care in every detail

We’re committed to creating an exceptional kitchen for you; that’s why we take great care over even the smallest detail.

Our portfolio

An overview of Fifteen Twelve's kitchens and trends

1930's renovation

This kitchen looks really sharp and is both contemporary and functional. We focused the design on creating something unique and bringing a dynamic creativity to this large space. We went for a modular kitchen design, with a distinctive palette of crisp white through to slate grey, including black glass NEFF appliances.

Basement Flat Clifton

This basement flat in Clifton almost resembled a part of London Underground, with its brick arched windows to the front of the property. The overall design of the entire flat was industrial and is all about its clever use of materials, such as galvanised piping and re-used wood. The kitchen needed to be simple yet sophisticated, using sleek lines and a palette of grey, black and white. The appliances are high specicification Siemens and the worktop is beautiful quartz with a Carrara marble effect.

Lambert Family Kitchen

This lovely family home was a project filled with challenges. But the resulting transformation into this contemporary kitchen shows anything is possible. Knocking down walls and opening up spaces can make all the difference to what was once a box kitchen. This design was more about practicality than anything else and the kitchen had to work for a them. By cleverly mixing whites, blacks and greys we created a space the whole Lambert family can use and enjoy.

Nine Tree Hill Loft Apartment

Nine Tree Hill Loft Apartment has bags of character and quirky delights. This quaint loft converted apartment in the urban Stokes Croft area of Bristol turned out to be a perfectly practical yet design led kitchen space.  The design is dynamic and diverse; a very clever use of space with the creatively raised roof structure and velux windows flooding the loft with light.  The details are what ultimately bring it together – punchy organic and copper colours, the bonsai tree light, exposed traditional fireplace and the mosaic cararra marble tiles.

Backwell Development

A build project, including demolishment of existing residence in order to building a brand new contemporary dwelling. The detail in this job was exquisite, the client had a strong idea of what they wanted and carried the same feeling throughout the house. The kitchen is minimalist, practical, functional with modern appliances and gadgets.

East London

This beautiful Victorian conversion in East London shows the impact of opening up a space. Before, it was three small and awkward separate rooms. But a sledge hammer and some burly men have made all the difference. Now it’s one space, with new flooring, bi-fold doors to the rear garden, and a kitchen that looks stunning in every detail. From the tall, slim handles to the floating wooden shelves, the finished room really is something beautiful.

St Andrews Park

This stunning basement development ticks all the boxes for an article in Country Living magazine! A great mix of the new and the reclaimed, it’s full of quirky elements, such as a cheeky hidden window above the sink and a sunken fridge freezer in the wall. With its sandblasted brass handles and vintage lighting, every detail adds to its uniqueness.
